Taskmaster is 8-A without weapons, while Punisher is the same rating with, which seems fair in comparison to Low 7-C. Kingpin I'm unsure, but As Headless says Spider-Man could be pulling punches

But Kingpin was originally a Spiderman villain and not a Daredevil villain. Heck they even showcase Kingpin as a Spider-man villain in into the Spider-verse

Kingpin didn't ever directly fight Spider-Man, he was the criminal mastermind, and if he did it was with a weakened Spidey or Spider-Man stomped him out

Spidey is actually very durable. Regular humans have been portrayed as not being able to harm him with regular punches. Heck, a former heavyweight boxer punched him and broke his hand for his trouble.

He also knocked Kingpin out with a single punch before. In general, Spidey holds back, otherwise, he'd kill normal humans with his blows.

Simply put, Kingpin being a match for Spidey is PIS more than anything.

He is also constantly potrayed in the media as weak enough to die of a bullet. Non-Superhumans like Daredevil and Moon Knight are able to damage him. Other media doesn't mean jack since this is the comic version, not game or cartoon versions.

I'd also like to see some actual proof of Kingpin being "constantly portrayed as physically stronger" than Spider-Man (because that conflicts with my knowledge on both characters), but I'd rather you post that in a different thread from this one.
