Spidey doesn’t have his suit or web shooters, mister satan doesn’t have any equipment, fight takes place in world tournament stage, speed equalized

From what i got, peter scales to 98 kilojoules while satan to 651 kilojoules, so he nearly one shots.

Speed what? because spiderman blitzes, couple that with superior LS, spider sense and he should win with difficulty.

Mister satan should one shoot with explosives but he doesn't use them right away in character.
