Spider-Man vs. Luke Cage (MCU Edition)

This is hard. I don't see Luke Cage tearing his webs off as they have class 50 lifting strength while LC is only class 5. Cage has better regen and durability than Spidey. Probably inconclusive for now as I don't see Spider Man harming him and Luke Cage will never land a finger on him if he's covered in webs.

Probably Spider-Man if he just webs him up as luke will never be able to get out of it
