I think Spider-Man will win after a hard battle due to Iron Man's flight and range. But Spider-Man's Spider-Sense should allow him to dodge everything Iron Man can throw at him (Maybe the Uni-Beam may not be able to be dodged because it is legit light), and has enough strength to damage the iron armor and get to the man itself (Pun intended)

Iron Man only needs one shot to end Spider-Man however, which with the amount of spam Tony creates, makes it very unlikely for Spider-Man to dodge eveything

I meant one shot to incapacitate, and after Spidey's down for a sec spam him. It can happen ingame and Iron Man's kit almost guarantees for it to happen, right?

Iron Man has bazooka rockets, precision shots and light speed repulsor shots. Those are more than enough to send Spider Man lying on the ground.

Spiderman is far more mobile then him and can simply web up to a building or something and be fine.

I find it hard to believe that Spider-Man is more mobile than a person who can fly. Case in point, Iron Man has outmaneuvered Missile and airplanes, and has experience flying around city landscape based on Avengers' 3rd act. Plus, his targeting system is on point as well

Well he isn't horrible at it either. He still can make quick turns, only thing I remember him being wonky at was the landing.

Vulture and Electro have shown agile flight in combat, didn't stop Spider-Man from being agile enough to go against both of them at the same time.

Vulture and Electro are considerable lightweighted than Iron Man, so Spider-Man could toss them around easy + fighting 2 people at the same time is wayyy different than fighting the person with all those powers. Iron Man auto targets and spams gg. Spidey's web can be comparable to Whiplash, who Iron Man beat.

Spider-Man sends his missiles back at him, is superior to him in the air, is debatably stronger, and has more experience. Not to mention, he can dodge almost everything Stark throws at him and dominates hand to hand. He takes this.
