The man who took up the mantle of Spider-Man after the death of Peter Parker, Miles Morales. And the clone of Superman, destined to surpass the Man Of Steel himself, Superboy.

Standard Battle Assumptions

Speed equalized.

Miles Morales (Spider-Verse) vs Superboy (Young Justice)

Superboy resists Miles first advantage which is his Venom Blasts. I would think that this goes the exact same way as Miles fight with Kingpin. Miles may be able to use his invisibility to outmaneuver and attack Superboy, but Superboy has Infared Vision (literally listed on the Young Justice wiki page), and Miles would still be setting off a heat signature. Here is the list of each characters advantages and disadvantages:

Miles: Venom Blasts (no longer viable), Camouflage (no longer viable), Range (tens of meters), Incap (assuming that Miles' webs are equal to his lifting strength and are able to incapacitate Superboy temporarily, Miles can get hits off while Superboy is incapacitated, and can constantly put more webs to incapacitate Superboy)
Superboy: Regeneration, Martial Arts
