A jealous time traveler tries to kill speedwagon so that the SPW foundation isn't made, but decides to not try and gets his hands dirty, so he hires one of the most skilled assassins that he could find: Shelly De Killer. So he sends Shelly back in time and to Ogre Street.

Speedwagon vs Shelly De Killer, both have standard equipment(except the sniper gun is removed from Shelly). Speed is equalized and both act in character, rest is SBA up to there.
