Captain marvels speed should be upgraded to Relativistic+
To be noted, this is not only flight speed, but also combat and reaction speed, given that she was able to thoroughly search the planet for Thanos, satellites, ground troops and anything that could intercept the Avengers' ambush.

Thanos would scale via battling with captain marvel and throwing his sword at the van
Reaching the van before captain marvel could who was flying at her top speed
(Avengers Endgame Script page 132)

Which would scale the thanos tiers to Relativistic+


Pretty much every single Sub-Relativistic
(minus the eternals)
becomes Relativistic+

While I dislike the rating, its more for personal reasons and we already scale them higher than I personally like. So I guess Rel+ is acceptable for anyone who scales to Captain Marvel. But I would recommend how clarify how we back scale people to this rating.

Math is fine, but I am not too sure on scaling it to the rest of the cast just yet without a CRT, plus the whole "nanosecond" reference could be potentially hyperbolic, maybe not, definitely needs a CRT for that too.
