Speed in erased time and space

So I heard that moving in erased time may qualify as immeasurable speed. The reason is that if time is taken out of the formula the speed cannot be measured. But does moving in erased time and space qualify for this?

Moving in erased time may qualify for infinite speed, but must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, so it does not completely contradict all other speed displays from the character,

Generally considered in the same way. To qualify for immeasurable speed, a character must transcend time, not just be able to move in stopped time or similar.
