With his heightened reflexes, Edward dodged every bullet with ease. He sliced through the bullets, splitting them into six pieces each. In one incredibly fast motion, he slashed through fifteen more cultists, their heads falling and blood gushing from their necks.
Edward increased his speed, sprinting towards the factory to catch Charlie.


He quickly grabbed some firearms and fired at the cultists. "Bang!" The bullets ricocheted back towards him. Edward caught one

Well, he can catch them and move out of their way, and "Heightened Reflexes" probably just means he's above human capabilities, which is what the speed would entail. Speed is generally just combat speed so if this edward guy can move fast enough to dodge bullets it's just bullet speed, Which is supersonic-supersonic+
