Speed amp question

Calculate the distance the skeletons move relative to the distance the character moves. If the character moves 100 times farther than the skeletons within the same timeframe, he is 100 times faster than them.
I also have another question. Let's say X character can calc 30 billion possiblities in 5 seconds, could it scale to reaction speed?

Need the distance in cm.
Using the Comics feat (which is better than the Jay one as its where the 100x statement itself was stated), Kai moved moved around 273 px in a single timeframe in total. Now with a lil bit of maths:

1.7 m = Average Male's height
The Skeleton is 92px tall

1.7/92 = 0.01847826086 m

So 1px = 0.01847826086 m

273 x 0.01847826086 = 5.04456521478m

5.04456521478m = 500 cm

I've also calced the distance directly in the panel where they stated the 100x amp

Cole moved 233px in the same panel. That means:

1.7 m = Average Male's height
The Skeleton is 55px tall

1.7/55px = 0.0309090909m

So 1px = 0.0309090909m

233 x 0.0309090909 = 7.2018181797m

7.2018181797m = 720 cm

Calcing Jay for consistency:

Jay moved 380 px within the same panel. That means:

1.7 m = Average Male's height
The Skeleton is 194px tall (122 + 72 = 194)

1.7/194px = 0.00876288659m

So 1px = 0.00876288659m

380 x 0.00876288659 = 3.3298969042m

3.3298969042m = 300 cm

So ye it should be consistant

How much distance did the skeletons move though?
