This version of Spawn is the one with Spatial, Time, Mind, Matter, Death manip etc or only the 2-C one has those powers?

Also which version of Akron? Both are possibly 3-A

It's relatively inconsequential but I guess the Epic Battle Fantasy 3 version would be fairer

If you want. Only thing that really changes are AP and the scale of the reality warping, but Akron has the advantage anyway in the former and the latter doesn't change that much

Also, Akron has my vote. Power nullification will prevent Spawn from fighting back, and even his basic attacks have death manipulation side effects to take care of the low-godly regen.

Black holes are Akron's natural environment so they won't do anything and his space-time manipulation could prevent Spawn's time stop from working, or at least mitigate the effects.

Spawn also has Power Null, also how good is Akron with this power anyway?

And how he will deal with Spawn precog, molecular hellfire, mind manipulation and other hax?

Akron prevents the opponent from taking action, while absorbing their life force, souls, powers into his own. It also works on comparable beings, seeing how it worked on the same people that killed him later on. How is Spawn's?

Kill him before he uses them. Precognition doesn't help that much against someone who is naturally bloodlusted and has attacks that aren't dodgeable anyway. If he tries to make Akron go insane, it won't do him much good because he already is.

Besides, nothing in Spawn's arsenal can put down Akron for good due to his resurrection, so if we assume that both die immediately, only one will come back (months later, but still). He can win via incapacitation if he hax Akron before he does though.
