Soul manipulation

Depends on if the guy has resisted soul manipulation a few layers higher than baseline.
Best example I can think of this.
In God of War, all magic is 4-D.
4D = Runic Magic (Bifrost, Vanir, Jotunn) = Seidr Magic (The basic Norse Soul corrupting stuff) < Light of Alfheim (Higher-dimensional, destroys whoever enters it and dissolves them and their soul to make them one with the Light) < Energy of Tartarus (Able to affect Kratos' soul much more brutally than Light of Alfheim, which couldn't even dent Kratos) < Spear of Destiny = Sisters of Fate (Both have powers to destroy Kratos' soul)
Kratos resists all of the above, especially Seidr, Light of Alfheim, Tartarus and Sisters of Fate.
