This has been discussed before.

By "warp out of existence" and the nature of the ability (teleportation, thus "warp"), it is merely Dimensional BFR. While potent, it isn't anything like Existence Erasure, but it can serve to incapacitate foes who are otherwise difficult to kill (like those with high-grade Regenerationn).
