She is Low 7-B, but there is a problem, when I asked @DontTalkDT if the profile was Light Novel or Web Novel, he said Web Novel, so, if the profile is Web Novel, why her AP has scans and justificative of the manga, which adapts the Light Novel?

Due to our rules on tertiary canon that is legitimate.
I.e. any feat that happens in the web novel which also happens in the manga can be calculated using manga scaling.

We can. As said, tertiary canon rules state visual depictions of text feats can be used for scaling, even if not primary or secondary canon.
It is perfectly consistent with the WN ratings at that.

I would 100% agree with it if it was Sophia LN profile, but WN is a complete different canon, we even have separated pages to them, because their power-scaling is also different

Doesn't change anything. It's still tertiary canon for the WN.
Anime adaptations of series are also entirely different canons of entirely different makers but are still valid for those purposes. The rules are unambiguous on the matter.

Anime adaptations are adaptions from the Light Novel, it's not a totally different canon, but the author itself considers the WN a different thing than the LN

No, anime adaptations, in general, are usually a totally different canon. The author has no influence and they can add and change stuff (i.e. anything that happens in filler episodes in anime). They are straight-up non-canon and what is in them is often officially not considered to have happened in the originals.
None the less they can be used for measuring feats that happen in text media.

As said, the rules are unambiguous.
