Along with time manipulation, some Color Powers such as the Indigo Asteroid and Violet Void do ignore durability.
Shadow also has the Chaos Spear (it's an armor piercing move in Chronicles, armor piercing attacks harm opponents regardless of how high their armor stat is) and of course can also attack with spatial distortions.

@HERO Void Manipulation is what Existence Erasure derives from, so it's basically more potent EE that's harder to resist.

so if sonic and shadow has all of this ******* OP hax, only other character with hax stronger can kill them? I'm really curious because this things of Power Scaling hurt my brain so much. One character is stronger then another character... but if the last has some conditions that he could be capable of stomp a stronger being...WTF

No. Sonic and Shadow can also be beaten by brute force alone. They aren't reliant on their op haxes much. Sonic is a brawler and Shadow definitely uses his chaos hax but doesn't use stuff like void manipulation that often. So other characters that have no hax are but just physically strong enough to one shot or well at least outclass them a lot in stats can beat them.

Well, Base Sonic/Shadow wouldn't be able to defeat the likes of Perfect Dark Gaia or Devil Doom due to the massive difference in power and speed. They'd just get killed before he can activate their powers.

Archie Sonic and Shadow has even more ridiculous haxes. Most of them are in their Super forms but yikes, the things they have are really potent. Stuff like conceptual manipulation is able to take care of nearly every single enemy without a problem. You got mid godly regen? Bye bye. Unless of course they resist conceptual manipulation, then it doesn't work.
Though Base Sonic is also fairly haxxed as he has matter manipulation which bypasses durability, type 8 immortality which means he can't die, and finally his own smurfy fatehax that can work on 2-As.
