Sonic can one shot, but Silver Surfer's High regen is something he can't physically deal with

Seeing that he can't deal with him physically, Sonic would resort to his haxes such as absorbing him with a Violet Void or sealing him with the magic hands

Seems sonic wins to me, sonic can one shot with any hit, so that means he wou,d realize quickly he has to use something else.

Voting Sonic FRA plus he also has other abilities such as Deconstruction in order to finish Surfer. Surfer’s Regen getting downgraded to at least Mid-High also helps Sonic because he has dealt with foes with that type of regen before.
