Gonna give my vote to Sonic.

Not only does he have the superior AP/Dura by a little over 2x (> 8.9 Tons vs 3.367 Tons) and superior range through blasts of Chaos Energy, but he also has better versatility in terms of abilities as well. Not to mention that if Sonic can successfully bait/force Quicksilver into a ring, there's nothing the latter can do to return. In fact, I think the only advantage Quicksilver has is Lifting Strength and maybe a more fight-serious attitude by comparison.
