Since this is a wild Pikachu being used here, he would likely use electic attacks to attack Sonic, but Sonic would be much more skilled then Pikachu and would be able to avoid him and defeat Pikachu by outskilling him

Sonic FRA. Both have natural battle skill for sure, but Sonic should easily have more combat experience than a random Pikachu.

I vote for pikachu because better range. Sonic doesnt resist paralysis or electricity on his profile. And a wild pikachu does have fighting experience, probably not on sonics level. But AOE electricity, forcefields and stuff, and even afterimage creation

Sonic has dealt with all of those before, is much more skilled than a random Pikachu, Static doesn't happen everytime (like Ash's Pikachu has static yet it was activated only a few times iirc), and even then, it wouldn't incap him completely, and Sonic could fight off enemies even when he's dealt with worse things such as the Metal Virus

Implying that it will be smart enough to spam stuff like Double Team and Discharge before Sonic dodges around its attacks and beats it up. Also, when does electricity negate durability? It sure as heck isn't listed on Pikachu's profile, afaik.
