Sonic as a character isn't one you want to grab if you want help it. His quills are there for a reason, and it'd be as simple as just revving up a Spin Dash to make Omni-Man let him go. Lest he wants to try and brute force it anyways, which wouldn't end well for Omni-Man due to having at least a slight AP disadvantage
Omni-Man, fortunate for him, has the speed advantage so Sonic can’t blitz him with the Super Peel Out in Speed Equalized.
Sonic likely one-shots with his Spin Attack, as it’s an AP Statistic Amp that cuts through a Mech that tanks his base AP. However, oddly enough, Sonic’s first move isn’t his Spin Attack. Not regularly. He rarely used his Spin Attack against Metal in their fight, for example, and took him a bit to take Metal Robotnik seriously. Of course, that was because Sonic speed blitz Metal Robotnik’s Combat speed, so Sonic might use his Spin Attack quicker in this fight.
