We don't know how strong Liquir is, do we? He is likely comparable to the likes of Beerus but in the manga Beerus is depicted as being above most of his fellow gods. MUI Goku has his perfect movements and the like (something Liquir lacks) yet I notice numerous people believed that Darkspine Sonic could reasonably defeat MUI Goku until his reality warps were debunked as ineffective.

The arguments made for MUI Goku defeating Darkspine Sonic is that his raw skill (combined with Sonic's reality warps being lackluster) would simply outdo Sonic's raw power and abilities.

The question in that case is whether or not Liquir's Destruction can erase Sonic. If we go on the basis that GoDs can't destroy people above their own power then we could easily just try to quantify whether or not Sonic's power is above that (or akin to) Beerus.

I'll leave it at that and see what people say.
