No, Dimensionally Superior/5D attacks bypass 4D invulnerability
DBS Manga Goku will scale to baseline 2-C like Sonic's secret rings key, so just make that fight when i find time to apply that revision

By site rules, dimensional jumps (Low 2-C vs Low 1-C) allows a Low 1-C character to punch through lower one's invulnerability because their strength literally transends everything a lower fighter have, unless it was shown to take attacks from dimensionally stronger attacks

It does not work like that. No matter how higher you are in the same dimensionality, you will not be able to harm someone invulnerable.
A High 3-A can't harm an invulnerable 10-C.

He's right in this case. I think it was some thread for it earlier this year. Invulnerability functions as the opposite to dura-neg. I.e. unless there's a dimensional jump, it's still effective.

Not all keys are 12 universes anymore, Egg Cerberus and Egg Wyvern's "most monstrous, terrible, terrifying" statements aren't being used anymore due to being too vague in a powerscaling sense.
His first key now has him at High 3-A, and his second key now has him at 2-C, but 2 universes rather than 12 (except for the Werehog transformation).

Still believe some keys shouldn't be 12 universes still bc it was both the sol emeralds and chaos emeralds together that did that 12 universe feat, so like the two GoD feat you'd need to split that in half to six universes

Contributing to half of a feat that affected 12 universes is just downscaling to half of 12 universes. There's several infinities in there
The GoDs scaled to half of baseline 2-C because of Beerus and Champa's feat, before the World of Void feat, and subsequently the macrocosm upgrade

Also even if Sonic used scaled to two universes , his adaptation is absurd. If Goku doesn't realize that Sonic's a big enough threat in time he's kind of screwed no matter what he tries.
