Hey, that's a pretty good Sonic render. Moving past that, lemme delve into this.

Normally Broly would one-shot and call it a day, but I don't think that's gonna happen this time because of one thing; Fate Manipulation. That ability is the one thing that prevents the battle from ending quickly, and it's because Sonic's Aura is an invisible plot device (lol).

Broly won't one-shot Sonic, probably won't even land a hit on him, because Sonic is the constant of Chaos. Sonic will win because it's so unlikely for him to do so, and that's what chaos is; something that you don't expect, something that shouldn't happen, or should be impossible to happen. Like Sonic making Super Scourge act like a Grade-A jobber, and the guy is a damn 2-A. Or like Sonic turning Super from a beam that should've actually killed him (first scan below). Hell, Eggman even went insane for a short period of time (second scan below). He's even aware of Sonic's Fate power, and another showing of him being temporarily driven to insanity as his nephew locked him up (third scan below).

Since it's bloodlusted, Sonic can probably just use his Atom Manip to tear Broly apart and call it a day. That or use the Sword of Acorns/Sword of Light for Stats Reduction/Power Null, one or both of which work on 2-As. So, even disregarding Fate Manip, Sonic has a few solid ways to win.

Agreed, this is definitely a hax-stomp.

So which abilities does he have in this situation?

He has everything in his Base key except his powerful Reality Warping or Time Manipulation, due to needing a small external source of Chaos Energy. He could use Chaos Control, but he's less likely to spam that compared to somebody like Shadow.

Type 8 would leave him unconscious, so I usually avoid bringing that up unless he's Super or Ultra.

Then Sonic would still easily take it with Fate and Atom Manipulation. Broly probably wouldn't even be able to touch him.

That's kinda the thing, though, Broly scales above 943 MegaFoe and is probably even closer to 1 or 2 TeraFoe. It's not a stomp because Broly would one-shot him. The only thing is that that Sonic's Fate Manip says otherwise.

Kinda murky territory, I know, but by the sheer AP difference alone I don't think this can be a stomp in Sonkc's favor. Sonic would have to chip-damage the hell out of Broly, the Atom Manip simply speeds up the process.

Btw is that a vote for Sonic?

Chaos emeralds are part of his standard equipment and he has way too much hax even without them in comparison to Broly. In no way is this a fair battle

Sonic doesn't spam Time Manip often enough for him to do it immediately, so the Chaos Emeralds won't even be too much of a factor aside from maybe teleporting. Maybe a bloodlusted Sonic, sure. A lot of his hax, like Fire or Electricity Manip, are something trivial that Sonic wouldn't use unless he could take advantage of it as a weakness towards his opponent.

There's not a single hax on Sonic's page that would completely overwhelm Broly aside from Time Manip, Reality Warping, and the Swords of Acorn and Light. One of which Sonic doesn't spam, another of which he needs external Chaos Energy.

Intangibility, Type 8. Magic, Soul manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Atom Manipulation, BOTH ARE BLOODLUSTED. There's no way Broly has a win condition here, we talked about these kind of matches at the "stomp discussion" thread

Intangibility is solely for defense. Soul Manipulation is only a resistance to it and being able to revert it. Matter Manipulation is a resistance and a revertion. Type 8 leaves him unconscious.

Atom Manipulation is the only true and viable option for Sonic to takw him down quickly, and Fate Manipulation + bloodlust give him a hand in that.

This is a stomp. Bloodlusted means Sonic starts with time stop and uses his durability negating hax. Broly being able to oneshot Sonic means nothing here.

I don't see any point in doing so. The battle itself would hardly change, Sonic would just not instantly use his time stop or durability negation.

If that's what makes it fair, then we can do so. Either way, Sonic comes out on top due to Fate Manipulation buying him enough time to get what he needs done.
