Sonic universe questions

Why is Solaris 2-C and Time Eater is low 2-C when they both affected time only in one universe? Does is mean a time line = 1 universe? if so why is the Time Eater low 2-C? Where's the profile for the Egg Wizard? Why isn't dark Gaia 2-C for making Super sonic pass out?

I'm rewatching generation to see if Time Eater should be upgraded, one time line is oblivioulsly not one universe in the sonic verse, Solaris is 2-C because is superior to the Eggwizard who can merge Sonic and Blaze universes and was threatening all existing timelines in the past, present and future, Eggman said he casually eats universes/dimensions. Dark Gaia is not 2-C because was stomped by a tired Super Sonic because he did a lot movements/works and had his energy drained by Gaia before. I will make the profile for the Eggwizard.

Because the Eggwizard can affect two universe's, while Solaris was threatening all of them in past, present and future.
