Since I have a feeling if I argue this on the other thread it'll get derailed.
Sonic is able to damage type 1 abstracts, which is counted as Conceptual Manipulation.
However!
"The power to interact with intangible or non-corporeal beings. Users can both see and interact with intangible, or non-corporeal, abstract, and nonexistent life-forms and entities, allowing them to make physical contact and possibly cause harm."
That's from the NPI page.

Sonic characters won't lose their Conceptual Manipulation cause of this.
"Tried to bring back the Pre-Genesis Wave Reality with all the concepts that were changed by the Genesis Wave, but was interrupted by Dr. Eggman"
Basically all Archie characters that can damage type 1 Abstracts gain Non-Physical Interaction... cause they don't have that already.
