goku isn't universal and here's why
beerus at max power is only universal, during his fight with goku he said he needed to bring forth 100% of his power to stop the explosion that was going to destroy the universe. whis and vados have stated multiple times that if beerus and champa where to fight u6 and u7 would be destroyed, meaning that both of them are capable of destroying the universe.
ssb isn't a power increase, its ssj+ god ki, all he gets is extra ki control or mastered control over the god ki in him. the x50 multiplier of ssj doesn't apply to the form because if he really was 50x more powerful with kkx10 he would be stronger than beerus.most likely his ki output just increases and therefore hie's able to put out more power but its not 50x.
and i came to the conclusion that beerus used around 50% of his power because its the only thing that makes sense, theres no way beerus was only using 1% or 20% because vegeta managed to make beerus use 10% percent of his power to put him down, there has to be a sufficient enough increase in power from ssj to ssg unless it wouldn't make sense.
his "universal feat" was with the help of beerus, it wasn't just on his own so i don't know why we scale his power of that. beerus using 50% of his power and goku going all out is what caused the universes destruction not just goku. also remember that a 100% beerus is universal and he was only using half his power then that would mean that duing the fight goku was 50% of the overall power shown.
power scaling also doesn't really work with a series like dbs which is so inconsistent. you can use it but sometimes it won't make sense. KKx 10 blue goku launched a full power kamehameha at hit, and it only shook a handful of planets when it should've destroyed galaxies.
goku can destroy the universe just not in oneshot.
