Yeah, he could do that to defeat goku since he is bloodlust, but i think Goku could defeat him before.

The Orange can overwhelm him with projectiles. Plus the "knife" can one shot people much more durable than he is. And he has the kitchen cannon. I'd say Orange wins but I don't know if the vote of the person who made the thread counts

Okay to make it more fair I limited Orange's equipment to 1 Trillion Bowling Balls and the Kitchen Cannon

So now Goku's advantages are higher Attack Potency, Accelerated Development, Strong Willpower, Combat Skill and a Speed Amp with the weighted clothes removal

Orange's advantages are projectiles, weapons, Madness Manipulation and the Knife which can one shot people who are more durable than he is

It works by Orange making numerous unfunny jokes and loud noises until it drives his opponents mad. His level of annoyance was "over nyan-thousand" a number that was stated to not even exist
