Son Goku vs Aeon (Castlevania)

" Goku could move in Hit's first time stop but after he got stronger he couldn't" See, Prom, problem with this is that Dragon Ball is notorious for having Hax be relative to one's own strength. In Dragon ball, you're able to overpower haxes via sheer power. Likewise, being able to overpower your opponent would also indeed let you overpower them in hax completely. I don't believe it's correct nor proper to try to apply this site's rules and to completely throw out logic that Dragon Ball has used for so long.

"The duration of a time stop is a reflection of its potency, as well, and range is also relevant." I'm going to be honest.... that's pretty dumb. From the very definition of Time Stop, these should have NO relevancy to Time Stop's potency at all. Besides bypasses resistances, a Time Stop is only that; time stop. Why would time stop that has larger range and "Lasts longer" (From the user's perspective) be more potent than time stop that lasts less? Its still timestop. It's stopping time; there shouldn't be a "Oh this is more stronger than this because range and duration" when the very definition of a Time Stop says otherwise.

Not all time stops are equal, saying a timestop that has only worked on a planetary scale, is equal to one that has worked on a universal scale would be ridiculous, this is the same as saying any other ability is equal no matter how great the differences between them has been shown to be, ie mind manipulation, that just cause i can resist mind control that has worked on a single person, i can do the same against one that has worked on billions of people, classic nlf.

What a larger range of time stop and duration indicates is greater control over the ability, just cause you have an ability doesn't mean you can use it to it's full extent.

I think I said this before. But even some of normal monsters in Castlevania can't affect by time stop. Main characters like Simo, Trevor and Sypha can also time stop and resist to it, and they're all superior to those monsters. But when talk about time stop, they can't be compare to time guardian like Aeon who has stronger time stop that can affect them.

So, Aeon's time stop is on higher rank than characters who have time stop and resist to it.

I don't see what's the issue here.

Yes, Goku resisted a weaker time Stop, something vastly stronger then that can overpower his resistance the same way Aeon overpowers the resistance of castlevania characters

then gets timestopped again :D

no seriously the potency of aeon's time stop is so much higher that nets him the win really...

Goku breaks thru timestop and rolfstomps
Aeon says, "Yeah NO" and time stops him before shredding him

Goku may be the better fighter and have the AP to one shot, but that's it

"This will just take a minute."

"May be you can resist some of time, but you still cannot escape time."

"And....... time marches on."

"Right on time."

The End...Hah...

Aeon can also use Time Manipulation to accelerate himself, slow down Goku, BFR Goku across the timeline and universes, and time travel.
