It doesn't matter, it's just a energy at the end of the day. It's basic composition will be same as any energy but it's type and source will be different.

Do you have any proof that the composition is the same?Its not like it was ever implied that in dragon ball ki attacks are made of eletrons or whatever

Diamondhead in this form STOMPED all three members of the Weatherheads who can make together make the intercontinental storm which is this big
Defeating 1 vs 2 and 1 vs 3 people in a combat is a common thing for Reboot Ben. He has defeated Bounty Hunters, Weatherheads and even Weatherheads and Vilgax in a one versus Four situation.
With Supernatural Willpower backing him up. He would be able to withstood such attacks. Like Reiner said Crystal Imprisonment should be able to get the get job done if then BFR.

Money’s on Goku here. The problem here is that Ben’s working on a time limit before he inevitably reverts. While Goku doesn’t know that, the fight will drag on enough to outlast. Goku being forced into CQC is good for Diamondhead keeping distance, which he can do. The redirection and Crystal hopping would probably be enough to whittle Goku down if that time limit wasn’t a problem, and if said time limit is irrelevant at this point of the series lmk. Diamondhead would also have to like…never play the cqc game with Goku, which like…he’s probably as much, if not moreso a physical fighter than he is a ranged one. Meanwhile Goku at this point of the series doesn’t beam spam yet, and is primarily cqc.

I'm changing my vote to Diamondhead after a lot of research
that feat is High 6A. According to his profile, Omni-Kix Diamondhead scales x3 to that feat, which is 60 petatons
Goku during the Raditz saga is on par with Piccolo, who stomps his own self during the 23rd Budokai, who stomps Kami, who beats King Piccolo, who stomps Master Roshi, who's baseline 5C
According to the Daizenshuu, Master Roshi's power level was around 180. Against Raditz, his power level was 416, and when performing the Kamehameha, it shoots up to 924
In this regard, Diamondhead has the advantage, and any of Goku's ki attacks can just be reflected or refracted. Solar Flare wouldn't work either for the same reason

Ben's Reboot time limit is unknown. There is no official wording on how long his Reboot transformations can last we have seen around 5-10 minutes and even then Omnitrix sometimes charges right back up.
DH is a ranged attacker which I have already established.
Crystal Imprisonment is DH's first or second move and has used it as an Opening move as well considering the fact that if his Opening move didn't work and this is indeed Ben Tennyson by the end of the Reboot then he has obviously learned Omnitrix shortcuts and Codes and even used it against Vilgax in the movie so Ben's next logical move is then BFR and all he really needs to do just forcefully make Goku hit the middle of the Hourglasses Symbol on the OMNITRIX.

10 minutes is something Goku can outlast. The minute Ben goes back to Ben it’s over. And you’ve shown him punching people in the face as much as he’s been shooting diamonds at people, like the fight with Hex. And if Goku gets trapped in diamond, he can just Kaio-

Ben matches have DNA locked per aliens or else, it'll all be just ben vs anyone as ben can turn into any Alien

There is NO offical word on how long Reboot Ben can transform into.
Secondly the battle really "SHOULD NOT" be about Ben's time limit because
Ben's aliens in reboot has finisher Diamondhead first or second move in the battle being Crystal Imprisonment, Many aliens having such.
So lets say it some how "DID NOT" Work then Ben isn't standing around he's cleaver and smart thinker in combat in reboot so obvisouly by the end of the movie Azmuth told him to use Omni trix short cuts to unlock new aliens and bypass time limit and access to Omnitrix special features so that' exacly is what Ben is gonna do once his Crystal Imprisonment finisher is out of the window and switch to his next best option and that's doing literally what Azmuth told him and that's to "Think out side the box" and using Omnitrix shortcut to BFR Goku.
- We have seen him in the Movie became Jetray and travel across the Space (For 6 Minutes)
- When Ben came from space later in the end of the movie he flew away as Heatblast reached Earth in around (2 minutes) detransformed back into Ben only for (2 minutes) later become Four Arms and fight vilgax for (5 minutes) then detransformed then become Humungousaur (1 minute later) again then for the next (3 minutes) fight vilgax then detransform after losing only to get back up and (1 minute) later become Way Big
