I would argue, going off of Cold's intelligence and weakness sections, that he might resort to destroying Namek to try and kill Goku after underestimating the saiyan, but since Goku's going all out, he'd probably try to end the fight really quickly, likely before Cold can blow the planet up. Also, the fact that Cold is somewhat weaker than 50% Final Form Frieza means that Goku could probably defeat him fast, especially if he uses his strongest moves.

I think Goku would win more times than not.
