It's called incapacitation, put simply if Character A can't do anything to Character B and CHaracter B can farm the living shit out of Character A for hours on end with them being able to do nothing then they lose.

If he can do something then he's not getting Incapacitated, the idea of incapacitation is that you can't do anything, you are incapacitated. Put simply, if you can beat someone and they can't fight back for a long period of time, then their incapacitated.
