Would an ability be considered a Smurf? Even if it's only a quantitative ability, only with the addition that whoever used it. They're capable of focusing that smurf on a small area (Like for example, you draw upon powers from someone's Authority and you infused that Authority with whatever you're trying to infuse be it an item or something). And yes if you're asking, the Authority isn't like qualitative or outerversal or something

As long as the ability im question is higher dimensional compare to your physical stats, such as 3D character having 5D hax, of course this is only applies to hax that is tied to dimensionality, such as space-time hax

I don't think this is relevant to your question, as long as the hax is smurf, then focus it on a small area isn't problem at all. Unless i misunderstand your questiom
