Unbound Et'Adas are 1-A and CHIM users stomp them. I don't know how Lorkhan compares to CHIM users though.

The thing is, the level of 1-A is unquantifiably beyond baseline. The levels of 1-Aness aren't ordered nicely like Masada via Taikyoku values, or in Umineko via layers, or the Mythos via the gates, et cetera. It's more about the philosophy of what such a being is and what they stand for.
