Amazing Spider-Man has an attack that is stated to be as fast as lightning which is backed up by the fact that Chaos Kraven is also stated to be outright faster than lightning whom Spidey can react to just fine. Ultimate Spider-Man's Rage Amp is stated three separate times to be a 2× amp. Noir is stated to have a superior healing factor compared to the other three Spiders in the game.

Amazing's Ultimate Counterpart could dodge Electro who not only is also stated to move as fast as lightning but also shows it in-game by turning into pure electricity in his boss fight (that's already linked on Ultimate's profile) and yet he's not considered to be overwhelmingly faster than Amazing, just stronger, so that should help support it.

Yeah all of that sounds reasonable. There's probably more stuff in EoT to support higher speeds like that.
