Let's say uh

Character A vs Character B
Character A has resistance to Mind Manipulation and Character B has Mind Control

however Character A got his resistance due to Resisting Telepathy, instead of Mind Control

could Character B still Mind control Character A

Let's say there's a Character A Resists Mind Control and Character B Has Mind Control

However the Methods of Mind Control are different

Character A resists Mind Control via Eye Contact and Character B has mind control similar to how uh DIO's Fleshbuds work

(Can create flesh buds capable of implanting themselves inside a persons brain, forcing them to obey his commands)

would Character A be able to resist Character B's Mind Control?

1. Idk what you mean by this?.. Character A resisting Telepathy doesn't make him/her able to resist Mind control by default, it must have such evidence/context that says otherwise, with that said. If the character A let's say, gains resistance to mind control and telepathy directly, and character B was able to mind control him still.. Then that's a layer for character B... If it just telepathy, then no.


2. Yes, differing methods doesn't negate the fundamental function or the said effects of the mind control, in the end of the day it affects and controls the mind of people.
