Some questions

1. If there was a higher dimensional world, like 11 dimensional for example, and the spatial dimensions qualify for higher infinities, and theres some higher world that sees it as fiction but from the higher worlds internal perspective the higher world is only 3D (i.e. the inhabitants of the world see themselves and the stuff around them as being 3D), would that higher world still qualify for higher tier?

2. If a character could alter the events and fate of the entire world in the story, would that be plot manipulation or just simply fate manipulation or something. And if they could retroactively change things about the past to influence the present could that be causality manipulation?

3. If there was a metaphysical world that transcended an infinite dimensional structure but had its own metaphysical concepts of size and form and stuff, could that realm still qualify for 1-A? Or would that be a contradiction to it being metaphysical and beyond dimensional?

1. Wherever the story initially takes place is taken as the default for dimensionality. So if the story takes place in the higher world from the start, then those higher dimensions would be 2D, 1D, 0D, etc. Otherwise, it would still qualify as being 12D, since it views 11D as fiction.

2. It would be fate manipulation unless it's specified that they are controlling the events and fate OF the story, not IN the story. And yes it would be causality manip.

3. Having, lacking, or transcending concepts (Unless they are dimensional ones) has nothing to do with 1-A, for some reason people outside of the wiki have that misconception.

Concepts like size and form would be related to dimensional concepts though, which is why I'm wondering. I know stuff like concepts of life or death are irrelevant.

There are no set rules, you can lack the concept of size and still be 1-C, or you can the concept of size and be High 1-C, in the end, it doesn't matter. As long as they transcend infinite dimensions they are Low 1-A to 1-A, though that's under revision atm.
