Some questions regarding abilities and categories

1. The character is able to transfer own powers to other people, thereby increasing their physical stats (up strength and durability of normal humans to at least large building level). Is it considered Power Bestowal or Statistics Amplification? Problem is, whose powers potentially can be used for many things, however, those who was buffed doesn't know to use it.

So, should I count for how this ability was actually applied or for what it could be in potential?

2. Similar one. Character is able to counter magic through faith in how it should or shouldn't work. Magic in the verse (at least human ones) is set of rules that mages creates and follow \ believe in. And he can just ignor this rules if he want to. Tecnically this is Power Modification since he chooses witch rules to follow, but... that one time (well, two) when it was used, it was used only to nullify magic.

3. Do I need to list cyborgization if a character can do this with the help of transformation magic (Body Control and Transmutation is obvious)?

4. "Adults" category is stated as "Characters who are at least 20 years old". Is it possible to classify as adult a homunculus \ golem that was created initially mature and with some embedded knowledge (but have an factual age of 9)?

1) If the character gift with a power that grants superhuman conditions is Power Bestowal, is uo to the gifted one if it uses the powers in an efficient way.

2) Magic Resistence or Power Negation, although of how it sounds, it seems more like magic in the verse has a petty weakness.

3) Can't see it right now.

4) Mm, I believe that any character that is considered physically an adult for its species would qualify as "adult". Golems and construct shouldn't fall under age-related categories.
