What happens when everyone loses all of thier cosmos in saint seiya [as it gets literally to 0]?
What happens when everyone loses all of their rietsu/soul energy in bleach[sorry, I don't know the name of their energy source]?
What happens when someone loses all of thier chakra in naruto? [Sage and natural chakra included]
What happens when someone loses all of thier nen? [In hXh]

1. Not a Saint Seiya Expert so you should ask the Saint Seiya peeps

2. I only know that Ichigo got reduced to a human-level person due to not being a full-fledged Shinigami after losing his juice shortly before the Fullbringer arc, I think full Shinigami would prolly die.

3. Losing all of your chakra and pushing any further beyond this effectively equals death.

Normally when someone doesn't have Cosmo; it means their dead

but there is some oddities in the verse. Things that aren't living beings also have Cosmo. The specters are already dead but they have Cosmo, though it possible to argue that was is being sensed within the Specters is Hades Divine Will (Their source of power comes from him.)

The planet also has Cosmo but it could also be argued that it is Gaia

Perhaps the most odd thing is that there are inanimate objects that have cosmo like a golem made from Stone

For Hunter x Hunter, running out of Aura would cause incapitation/unconsciousness.
