Some Majora abilities

After beating Majora and doing frustrating tasks to get the FD Mask, I came to thinking. Should Majora have Creation and Body Control? I mean, he does grow himself a body. Twice. And he did create those dungeons (minibosses and all) to fight you in for acquiring the FD Mask. Oh. And energy manipulation obviously. Lasers are fired from the mask.
