Its not in a blog, it is in the thread. Typing F3 and writting Joules would lead you to that, but that is not the Scout feat in Meet the Medic (the one who is 0.1 tons), and i am almost sure that we use Overpressure over that formula for explosions like that. But that doesn't matter since either one is 9-A for the Scout feat
