Soldier: 76 VS Sans

Soldier 76: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Soldier:_76

Sans: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Sans

1st battle conditions: Both combatants start at opposite ends of the Judgement Hall. Both combatants have access to full range of equipment and abilities, all ready for deployment. Both combatants are ready to kill, and bloodlusted if need be.

2nd battle conditions: Same as above, except speed values are equalized.

While this may seem like a stomp to some people, due to Sans's demonstrated abilities in the battle against Chara/Frisk and Soldier: 76's comparatively lesser feats, relatively speaking, I believe it might be a somewhat even battle.

Firstly, full range of equipment includes Tactical Visor, which allows 76 to automatically lock on and adjust aim towards a target, such as Sans, who has so little durability and health that one bullet might just be enough if a hit can be landed. Secondly, while Karmic Retribution may play into the battle, as 76 is... not the nicest of people, Biotic Field can help heal that back up, and KR itself is a somewhat hazy mechanic in terms of understanding, as it has only seen demonstration on a single target. Thirdly, 76 is still a human despite everything, which helps in the fight as humans in Undertale's canon are shown to have a very big advantage over monsters when it comes to direct combat.

I'm curious to see what other people think of this particular matchup. I got curious about it after remembering that Tactical Visor basically hard-counters dodging, a skill that Sans pretty heavily relies on, and started wondering if 76 might be a hard-counter to Sans... so, yeah.
