So quick question about how r>f works now

Basically if a character who sees a lower dimension as fiction or a dream uses some of their power to make an avatar within that dimension and then after a while made that avatar ascends near him, does that count as an anti feat?

No, since the ascension in this case strictIy involves the intervention of an aIready 1-A, and that, as per our FAQ, is not an anti-feat at aII

If, however, such a character ascended to a higher pIane or near the assumed 1-A by himseIf with no externaI invervention and simpIy becoming stronger, without any reIevant context added, that wouId indeed be an anti-feat
