So how fast would you need to be to run on lava/magma whatever to not get hurt at all?

Seeing as running on water is only subsonic and magma is more viscous it'd probably fall into the superhuman/low subsonic range

but it snot just running on, but doing so without taking damage? does that affect it?

Don't think running through magma requieres superhuman speed, athletic human should be able to do so.

Either way, I understood that the reason she isn't damaged is due she sweeping the lava away by doing the charge.

Actually I think the move just makes Shantae invincible since she can run on spikes as well.
I just assumed she was movin too fast for her pain receptors or something.

That requires much assumptions, its more safe to assume she is just temporally invincible while charging.
