Linx usually tries non lethal methods such as knockouts first at this point in the series, and usually attempts to never harm anyone that badly, so unless Ashtar's immune to non lethal take downs too, then Linx could possibly take it that way, considering it seems like Linx can dish out much more offensive type attacks and could tank much more with Willpower Defense (WD allows him to tank 2-A blows, even in this key).
This version of Linx is also 4-D, and he has hax in this key that can affect 2-A beings, just pointing that out.
Other than that, I'll go inconclusive for now till anyone convinces me otherwise.
