Eh. This was going to be originally added but it seems everyone forgot because of Zeno and F.Zamasu's feats. Shouldn't time travel be added to Whis' profile? He stated he was going to travel through time so yeah...

No, he uses time manipulation to reverse time by 5 minutes. He can't freely travel to an earlier point in time, only reverse it.

Although, I'm not sure what to think of the statement

He says in the manga using his Rewing offsets the Time Axis, which is assumably why he cannot spam the move until Time naturally corrects itself. I think this would warrent his Time Manipulation being upgraded and having "limited" removed if his technique has that much influence over time. If this is accepted, since I don't believe it contradicts anything in the anime just expands upon the ability.

If I remember correctly, he was simply going to briefly follow Trunks to the future in the time machine, to take care of Zamasu before he became a problem. He cannot do so on his own.

No, he stated "I shall go to that future, and contact...." he never said he would do so on Trunks' time machine. This is also proven by the fact that Future Trunks left without Whis. Are you implying that Whis was in the time machine with Trunks and Mai LOL. The time machine was LONNNNGGGGGG gone. Either way, on the original thread this was discussed on Whis was going to have the ability added

They've been repeating for the whole arc that only Kaioshins can use time rings. Whis surely won't break this rule being so dutiful

Once again you are incorrrect and pulling these ideas out of no where. Only kaioshins are allowed timelines and can travel through time with them

I don't understand why there should be a possibly in the first place when he stated that he will travel into another timeline that was created.

There is no possible way of Whis travelling there with the time ring since that is thrown out the window since only kaioshins can use those.

Everything Whis has stated about the GoD and Zeno has eventually become reality, so what makes it "Possibly Time Travel?"

I will settle for "Possibly" but the fact is, it has already been stated by Whis himself
