Small question to create a verse.

What are the minimum requirements to create a verse? Like, have a decent story or have some relevance?

I want to add a verse to the wiki that has a limited "Lore" (quite a bit). In addition to having very few "feats" (unless the lore update comes out soon.)
So my question is what are the minimum standards that the wiki uses to add a verse?

If there is a clear central idea to the series and some noteworthy feats, it should be acceptable to incorporate it regardless of the amount of lore it has.
