Kaidou should get empowerment from drinking alcohol as it seemingly randomly activates some of his various states that can amp him.

He should have his fire/heat resistance removed as he was harmed by his own fire breath attack and the actual flames that were surrounding his body were flame clouds which aren't confirmed to actually burn anything.

He has fire resistance, not immunity-
You can still get hurt by a fire related attack even if you're resistant. And kaido's blast breath more so exploded inside his mouth, rather than it staying a regular fire blast. Blast breath when fire in nature is still generated from within his body and he never had to "resist" it with haki or anything like Sanji did with ifrit jambe.

I'm talking about Raizo deflecting his Boro breath on his body and it harming him.

He has no justification for a resistance in the first place, just taking an attack that's fire based doesn't warrant a resistance as that more likely just applied to his durability.

It's only dura neg up to an extent. Fire won't necessarily let you damage / burn everyone who is less than invulnerable.
