Since he fought Shanks and Shanks is Large Island level, shouldn't he be as well Large Island level?

Well since Shanks is now Large Island and he fought Mihawk in the past of which WB himself said to have "shaken the Grand Line", whatever the heck that means. Could be of some massive shockwaves or something, idk.

I don't know much about One Piece so generally rambling about the series doesn't help.
