To be fair, Dexter took a face full of that shit which can literally melt your lungs and he walked it off despite paramedics telling him symptoms to look out for that could be seriously bad and urging him to go to a hospital.

could that be low regeneration? He did feel better over time and without any long lasting effects.

this clip shows dexter receiving very limited exposure to the poison. yes he would have probably inhaled a tiny amount of it based on what we see, but if he had poison resistance there’s no way that would’ve affected him

I guess this can work as a stamina feat instead of a poison resistance feat?

Wait hear me out here, in season 5 when Dexter tranqs Boyd Fowler and in response Boyd hits him with a tranq dart (which Boyd implied would be used on the gator if it was alive) which means the tranquilizer would probably be one of these things (xylazine, detomidine, romifidine, acepromazine (a tranquilizer) and butorphanol (a synthetic narcotic)). All of which would have made Dexter very sick if not just outright killed him but he was completely fine afterwards.

Meaning that at the very least Dexter could keep his poison resistance just not with the M99 justification anymore.

I don't think so. We've already established that this verse's M99 doesn't work like real M99, I don't think it's safe to say that other alternate tranquilizers operate in the same way as real life tranquilizers, because this verse has pretty consistanly shown that tranquilizers aren't poisonous to humans

As for his other poison feat of tanking poisons, he only took a tiny bit of it & was still super effected by it, someone with poison resistance would not react to that little amount of poison that harshly. I do think it could be a good stamina feat tho
