Small Ben 10 Additions

I noticed that in Ben 10 Omniverse episode 'Of Predators and Prey: Part 2' Khyber and Grey Matter were seen using a move called the 'Hephestan Neuro Grip' which is an attack that causes an opponent's body to go limp if they're pinched between the head and shoulders. I wanted to ask if this counts as Pressure Points and/or Paralysis Inducement and could be added to their powers and abilities, or does it not count considering it was only used twice in the show?
