Sly Cooper vs. Robin Hood (Disney)

Round 1: Both start about 25 feet from each other in a city street. In character, win via KO or death.

Round 2: They both have to sneak into to a heavily-guarded facility, steal whatever valuable object the facility is guarding, and get out, preferably without getting caught. Who makes it first?

Round 1: I don't know anything about Sly, but a quick whiff at their stats says that Robin takes this with much greater AP and Speed.

Round 2: I'd say Sly considering the fact that his profile considers him a gentleman thief who robs modern facilities while Robin Hood tricked idiots and lived in medieval times.

Sly stomps. His swings were calculated (by me) to be at hundreds of MP. He is the better fighter since he uses fighting skills and guys like Panda King complemented his cane skills.
